“Wake up, Milo! We have to go now!” the druid yelled as she shook the small yet larger-than-life halfling awake. “I have Elida. We need to leave!” The Bard remembered now, he had been fighting a swarm of zombies hell-bent on breaching the walls of Innsmouth. The party had planned on coming to the city’s rescue but it seemed they had failed their mission before it had even begun. Continue reading “Session 28 — Tales from the Bard: The Deserted District”

Come one, come all and hear a tale
Of heroes of greatness who fought without fail.
They traveled the land and traveled the sea
Their battles were many
The people, set free.
But fate, at times, will not oblige
And turn you on your head
And on this day the warlock found
His dearest friend was dead. Continue reading “Session 26 — Tales from the Bard: The Short Sonnet”

The group accepted and slaughtered many pirates on their way to the pirate king, but when they reached his doorstep they did not find a cruel swashbuckler, but an ordinary man looking out for his outcast people. The adventurers agreed to help this noble man, though, coincidentally, the tale of their prior pirate murderfest did not come up. Continue reading “Session 18 — Tales from the Bard: Beach Battle”
